Who we are

Posto Intelligence is operated by Posto Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17256963, whose registered office is at Rokeby House, 16 Rokeby Avenue, Bristol BS6 6EL. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC170252. This website

This marketing website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and collects no personal data from visitors. If you email us, we use your email address and message solely to respond to you.

The product

Posto Intelligence is a marketing analytics platform used by business customers. When a customer connects their advertising and analytics accounts (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics or Google Search Console), we access campaign and performance data from those platforms on that customer's behalf and with their authorisation, acting as a data processor. We collect the minimum data needed to provide reporting, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Account credentials for connected platforms (OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest and never shared. Customers can disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes our access.

Data we hold about product users

For people with a product account we hold: name, work email address, and an authentication record. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. We keep this data for as long as the account exists and delete it on account closure.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email jon@getposto.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
